李晓君

1、个人简介

李晓君，男，博士，副教授，博士生导师。中国中药协会中药材检测认证技术专业委员会委员，山西省植物综合开发利用产业技术创新战略联盟副秘书长，山西省生物工程学会理事，山西省检验检测学会理事。研究方向：从事植物功能成分提取及高效利用，①植物提取工艺及工厂设计；②药食同源功能食品研究与开发；③天然高分子功能材料。主持山西省重点研发项目、山西省科技成果转化项目和企业横向项目等科研项目22项，多项科技成果工业化应用。以第一/通讯作者在国内外期刊发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI/EI收录13篇，ESI高被引1篇；制定山西省粮食行业团体标准1项；参编十四五规划教材1部。荣获山西省科技进步三等奖1项，山西省农业农村领域“五小”创新创业活动优秀成果二等奖1项。指导学生获得全国大学生生命科学创新创业大赛三等奖1项。
