研究工作简介

本人的研究方向集中于基于色谱质谱的分析化学、药物代谢和药物分析学、核酸修饰与损伤组学分析、代谢组学、蛋白质组学、基因毒性物质暴露组学。具有多年质谱,色谱分析经验,熟悉多种色谱质谱仪及数据分析。发展和运用新型质谱技术,筛选和定量蛋白质/DNA修饰,了解脂质过氧化的健康影响,设计策略减少暴露相关的不良反应。研究生物活性多肽、蛋白质核酸加合物组学,以回答生物大分子如何与风险毒性物质相互作用,及相关风险评估。

通过稳定同位素标记和超灵敏质谱法对风险物质暴露所致核酸-蛋白质交联和蛋白质加合物进行结构鉴定。采用高度整合的系统分析方法,包括代谢组学,蛋白质组学和脂质组学,各种细胞动物和疾病模型的应用,研究与评估风险物质暴露损伤。此外还注重将所开发的新型有机分析手段与策略,应用于药物安全性评价方法开发、食品安全检测和活性生物分子分析等。

现任Journal of Integrative Oncology, Journal of Hematology and Oncology Forecast, Austin Journal of Nutrition and Food sciences, Journal of Oncology Research Forecast编委。至今已发表22篇科研论文,授权两项发明专利。国际知名学术期刊:Analytica Chimca ActaTalantaJournal of Chromatography BRapid communication of mass spectrometryPeerJthe Journal of Life and Environmental SciencesBiomedical ChromatographyJournal of Separation ScienceBiochemistry and Biophysics ReportInternational Journal of Mass Spectrometry, Nature出版集团刊物Commuications Biology特邀审稿人。
